Spellbinders 50% off at HL?!

I couldn't believe it when I went to Hobby Lobby a few days ago and saw that they were having a 50% off sale on their Spellbinders products! The highest they've ever gone before is 40% and that wasn't very often. So I got Labels 4 and got a rain check for the large ovals, 2 sets that I've really wanted for a while. I used Labels 4 on this card along with Scalloped Ovals. I used a Gold Leafing pen to outline the embossed part of the die cuts. TFL!

A Graphic 45 Christmas

I think the Graphic 45 Christmas Past Collection is just beyond gorgeous! I love every single paper, front and back. There are beautiful images like the Christmas tree on this card, that make great card fronts or additions to layouts/mini albums. Way to go G45, you've done it again! ☺ This card is all G45 papers, I used Prima Marketing pearls and some Ribbon FX ribbon along with my Scalloped square Spellbinders dies. That's not a mistake, yes I said square, not rectangle. I don't actually have a rectangle, so I just cut out 2 squares and layered them. Pretty easy, huh?

Christmas Angel

This is one of my favorite stamps for Christmas! I got it last year from my hubby, he ordered it from an Orthodox Christian website, and that's the only time I've ever seen it. I stamped it with Memento "Tuxedo Black" ink and colored it in with Copic markers. I accented the stars with Stickles. The background paper on this card was made with Tim Holtz distress inks and Papertrey Ink's Damask Designs clear stamps. I love that set for making my own custom paper. I used a small square Spellbinders and the small Scalloped square Spellbinders along with Labels 5 (for the joy tag). The pearls are from Prima Marketing and the ribbon is from Decorative Ribbon. I also decorated the inside. I used the same pale yellow paper I matted with on the outside of the card and used the Damask Designs with Papertrey Ink "Fresh Snow" ink. More fall

Here are 2 more fall cards that I made last week to sell in the store. This first one is a vintage Thanksgiving card, I used a Paper Inspirations stamp with Memento ink. The paper is from Graphic 45. For the decorative ribbon piece, I used a Spellbinders Fleur de Lis pendant and threaded ribbon through it. The paper punch is by EK Success. On this card, I again used the Nestled Maple Leaves from Spellbinders along with Long Classic Rectangles and Labels 9. I also used Tattered Angels Glimmer Glass and a Prima pearl. The leaves were cut out with adhesive on the top (3L adhesive sheets) and then I peeled off the paper backing and sprinkled fine glitter over the top. I used Pop Dots to adhere them to the Labels.
