Like you a Latte

This is one of the Valentine's cards I made to take to the store, but I used a new technique that I've never done before. I wanted to make the top of the latte foamy and colored but didn't really know how I wanted to do it. I don't have any liquid applique, but I did buy a bottle of Tulip Puff Paint a while back. Tada! I just spread a bit of the puff paint on the "coffee" and heat set it with my heat gun. I just had a thin layer, but if you want more of a poof, add more. It puffs up quite a bit! Then to give it color, I just used my Copics over the top. They even blended on the puff paint.

I coated the coffee cup with Glossy Accents and was good to go. Sorry for the bad photos again, my photo editing capabilities are still limited with my new computer and freezing fog at 20 degrees does not make good photo weather.
And here is the full card. Busier than I like, but it's ok. Thanks for taking a peek!
