Another pastel

The other card reminded me so much of my mom, I had to make her another one! I'm pretty sure she had a dress that was like the colors in the ribbon when I was a kid; I just look at it and think of her.
I paired this one with some heavy vellum (Paper Accents Heavy White 8.5x11 (903)) to soften the yellow polkadot paper. The paper was more sunshine yellow without it and didn't quite look right with the pastel ribbon. I added a Black River Designs rub-on sentiment to the vellum and was good to go! I used the same crepe paper technique as last time. Thanks for taking a peek!
